So, hello channel! My name is Valentina. I’m the Operations Manager of HireUA, and today we have a case study interview with Hady, one of our clients who recently hired a video editor through us. Can you please tell us more about the position you were looking to fill?

Hady Souki:

Hey Valentina, thanks for allowing me to jump on this call today and do a little case study.

We were recently looking for a video editor to edit our meta ads for our clients. We’re a marketing agency in the property space in Australia, and we needed someone to help with the client workload—getting high-quality videos out into the market.

Valentina Tavaniuk:

Perfect. Where were you regarding hiring before working with us? Did you try other vendors or methods to find candidates?

Hady Souki:

Yeah, we tried one or two other vendors for hiring this position. Those other vendors went successfully too, and we also worked with HireUA and found some great candidates.

And how did the hiring process go for you?

Hady Souki:

It was good - pretty streamlined. I had a phone call with Nick (HireUA Account Executive), and within a week or two, we had a job posted. Then within a few weeks, we had three interviews. Two of them were really strong. We followed through with those. One of them didn’t quite fit the role, but the process overall was solid.

Hady Souki:
